TRRAIN Circle Private Ltd. is a social venture founded by Mr. B.S. Nagesh to do good for the retail community. It is a membership-based private network that operates towards improving the lives of retail associates. TRRAIN Circle is a discovery platform that grants the retail employee everything they need – from suitable deals and discounts to budgeting tips, professional courses, career advice, and even wellness solutions.
TRRAIN has undertaken various initiatives to empower retail associates to enhance their skills through the Retail Education Program and develop pride and dignity through the TRRAIN Retail Awards and Retail Employees’ Day.
