CRM module with IVR facility integrated with customer details located in ERP
Omni-Channel Implementation
Connected 1750+ Physical stores to the eCom store which enabled customers to discover, select, reserve, try and then buy the product
Connected Retail Stores
One brand login for display of products at stores (brand specific)
GeoIP based Country Specific UI/UX
Separate landing page basis the country, user log's into the system to give a personalized experience
Product Recommendation
System recommends products to consumers basis the browsing history
Multi-Lingual Implementation
The target audience being from GCC countries - a multi-lingual platform which supports Arabic & English was built
